I study industrial and systems engineering and I really want to work on Renewable energies but unfortunately I could not find any common field between my field of study and Renewable energies.
I was wondering if you could guide me to find a common field.

I've had an industrial for five years and a tongue piercing for 4. I've a new job and not allowed to wear them to work. The problem is I'm not allowed to wear retainers either because they're too noticeable. Could I get away with not wearing them in work? (9-5) Or are there other ways to keep them open? I was thinking just wearing the bar and bottom ball in my tongue (It stays in). Thanks!

Some schools have an "industrial engineering" major and others have an "industrial and systems engineering" major. What's the difference? Does majoring in one give any advantage over majoring in the other.
