My family has started this tradition, where the intermediate familys take turn cooking gourmet meals on Sundays after church. I'm in the process of moving to another city, and my turn is going to be coming up soon. I'm the only 'child' that still participates with family activies (brunch, calls reguarlary, still visits grandma) and I want to make something really good!
I live in a 1 b.r. apt, so theres not that much space, does anyone know something that I can cook that will be really good, unique, and not space consuming?
Thanks!

My buddy just got laid off and he has always dreamed of running a gourmet food truck. Any idea of what he might be looking at for costs to buy or lease a truck with a kitchen ready to go? What types of licenses would he need to get?

Hello,
We just started our own caramel business in California. I was wondering what event or trade show should we attend, as an exhibitor, to reach the buyers of gourmet food stores and gift shops ?
Preferably, we would like to attend shows in California, Las Vegas or Arizona.
Thanks for your help.

I am thinking about joining a direct sales company and would either sell Gourmet food or cosmetics and bath products. Which would sell better, or which would you make the most money at? Does anyone know of any of the best companies?
Please, no other kind of companies but these two to consider.

I go to gourmet restaurants frequently, and often times, I just eat the food they serve without stopping to think about the specialty of each plate. To be honest, gourmet food tastes no better than that of regular restaurants; it just looks more stylish, more expensive, and much less in quantity.
Just because they use what they claim "the finest ingredients" doesn't make the food all that special. So what do you think is the purpose of choosing to dine in gourmet restaurants?

I despise asparagus, spinach, raspberries, exotic cheeses, mushrooms, dark chocolate, and meat that's not well-done. I have tried each of these things, prepared numerous ways, and I still don't like them. I nearly gag when I see people on TV eating these things and going "YUM!"
Does all gourmet food involve stuff like this?

I just read an article that says some younger people are using their food stamps to buy organic foods, such as salmon and foods in specialty shops.
