What College course in the US can I pursue to design and engineer automotive parts?

I would like to design automotive parts and I am not sure which engineering program will point me in that direction. I would prefer to go to a college in Southern California but am open to others elsewhere.

How to compact a long 40 page list into a 10 page list?

I have two columns one with the number of some automotive parts, and one with the prices to right of the first column. They go down to about 40 pages. I would like to know how to make it so instead of there being two columns on each page to about 4 columns in each page to make it a shorter list overall. Understand? What inspections and visits are routine in a industrial zoned building?

What type of visits and inspections should one expect when working in an industrial zoned building? Im sure its determined what type of business(automotive parts distribution) but not certain on this subject. Maybe someone who owns/ rents an industrial property can chime in on this matter. im thinking, fire inspection, but what else? are they yearly or? thanks for the responses in advance.
