Hi i recently purchased a 2000 Hyundai Tiburon with 73,000 miles and after a few days of driving it most of my electronics stopped working. When I start the car the headlights, power windows, sunroof, speedometer, etc. do not operate. Sometimes they work but sometimes they do not. If anyone could give me any ideas on why this is happening I would be very happy. Thanks!
All answer: Answer 1 you might have a loose electrical connection to your fuse box--that's the first thing i would check, followed by making sure your battery terminals are clean and tightly in place. also i would check the alternator input and output cables to make sure they're on tight..good luck. :) 2010-11-13 09:06:36
Answer 2 since all those accessories get thier power from the fuse block , i suggest you find where the fuse block is and try to move the wires around that go to it while the car is running with the headlights on and see if any of these things start working when you move the wires and fuse block assembly . there may be a bad or corroded connection at the fuse block that feeds those fused circuits. sometimes just by moving the wires around things will start working simply because you broke through some of the corrosion . if it's corroded badly enough you will need to replace the corroded pin connectors and recievers that carry the power 2010-11-13 09:16:14
