Can you get the amazon app store or the android market on the nook tablet without rooting it if so how?
I got a nook tab for xmas and i have a smart phone with both the android market and the amazon app store on it most of the good apps on the nook store cost like $2 whereas the apps on the other two are mostly free. Can i get either one on the nook?

Note: The version of OS on the Tablet must be 1.4.0 and not 1.4.1. version of 1.4.1 blocks the side loading ability. You can still side load apps with version 1.4.1 but it's not as easy. Just google side loading 3rd party apps for nook tablet. Basically, you download certain apps. When you try to install them it will ask if you want to opt to turn on the ability to install non-B&N apps.
