Can a virus remove library software of a mouse?
Just out of the blue I tried to use the computer but the mouse didn´t respond just as if it was unplugged, I have tried plugging other mouses (all of them are wireless) and at the first time none worked, but at the last moment the third plugged work for moments.
At the Control panel there´s no problem the system recognizes with the mouse, so I can´t do nothing there.
The only error message it showed me was: "Hp update. The application has fail because there is missing a software library. Is possible you may have to install again the application. HPSU-0004.
(I didn´t delete anything! I just tried to work and the mouse didn´t want to ... )

Best answer:It is not a virus. !st make sure you have wireless communication (not too far away from the receiver and that you have setup the communications by pushing the button most likely on the bottom of the mouse) The error message is telling you to update the driver.

Might Just Be A Virus Try Scanning The Computer With MalwareBytes; just in case it doesn't work you should try cleaning registry, Try using ccleaner, Utility's tune up, AVG Tuneup Hope it helps.
